Hiring on Brixl: company pages, plans and screening questions
A walkthrough for employers: setting up a free company page, choosing a plan, posting jobs with screening questions and reviewing applicants.

Here’s how hiring works on Brixl, from your first company page to your first hire.
Start with a free company page
Your company page shows your logo, description, industry, size, location and open jobs. Tradespeople can follow it, and your followers hear about each new job you post. Creating a page is free.
Choose a plan to publish jobs
| Plan | Price (USD per month) | Jobs you can publish each month |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 0 |
| Tier 1 | $7.99 | 5 |
| Tier 2 | $15.99 | 20 |
| Tier 3 | $32.50 | 100 |
Paid plans also let you add social links and a contact email to your page. Plans are billed monthly through Stripe, plus applicable taxes. You can cancel at any time, and your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Post a job
Set the job type, experience level, pay, location and the kinds of certifications you need. Each job stays up for 30 days after you publish it, and Brixl’s job feed ranks it higher for tradespeople whose experience level, certifications and location fit.
Add screening questions
Add up to 15 questions: free text, yes/no or multiple choice. You can flag the answers you want to know about, and they’re highlighted when you review. Flags are only there to help you; they never reject anyone automatically.
Review applicants
Every application shows the person’s profile, résumé and answers in one place. Filter by Pending, Moved On or Not Moved On, then mark each person Moved On or Not Moved On. You confirm each decision, and the applicant is told.
Message the people you move on
Once you mark someone Moved On, you can message them in the app, starting from a ready-made message or writing your own.
Hire as a team
Whoever creates the page is its Super Admin. Invite Admins to help, and confirm the work history your team links to your page. Your Analytics tab tracks jobs posted, applications received and followers gained.
