Introducing the new Brixl

Brixl is the job board and professional network for the skilled trades: construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and more. We’ve rebuilt it from the ground up, and we’re now rolling out the relaunch.

Why we rebuilt Brixl

Brixl started with three lifelong friends who saw, on site, how slow and uncertain hiring in the trades could be. General job sites aren’t built for the trades, and the few platforms made for the trades are little known. The new Brixl is our answer: one place made for the people who build everything else, and for the companies that hire them.

For tradespeople

Brixl is free for tradespeople. In the new app you can:

• Find work that fits. Your feed ranks jobs on your experience level, certifications, location, the companies you follow and how recent each job is. You can also search and filter by job type, experience level, pay, date posted and distance.
• Apply with Brixl Apply. Set up your profile once (title, experience level, certifications, location and résumé), answer any screening questions, and submit.
• Always know where you stand. Every application shows Pending, Moved On or Not Moved On, and you get a notification in the app when it changes.
• Show your work. Add photos of finished jobs to your portfolio, and link your current job to your company’s page so they can confirm it.
• Build your network. Follow people and companies, and message people once you follow each other.

For companies

Creating a company page is free. To publish jobs, companies choose a monthly plan, starting at US$7.99. Companies can:

• post jobs with up to 15 screening questions;
• review every applicant’s profile, résumé and answers in one place;
• mark people Moved On or Not Moved On, and message the people they move on;
• bring their team in to help as Admins.

Already on Brixl?

If you used the original Brixl app, sign up with the same email address. If we find your old profile, you can set a new password and choose which details to bring over.
